Company Founder, Owner

Jeff Oliver is the creative force behind Oliver Enterprises, known for his commitment to excellence and precise craftsmanship that delivers lasting value. He began his career after graduating from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture in 1994 and has since focused on raising the standard in landscape design and installation through quality work and innovation. Through ongoing development, Jeff has earned the licenses and certifications needed to ensure each project is built to endure for decades. With Jeff leading the team, clients can expect a thoughtful process, master-level execution, and an outdoor space brought to life with care and precision.

Steven Pimenta

Operations Manager

Steven Pimenta is Oliver Enterprises’ Operations Manager and a key driver of day-to-day excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Salem State University and has spent the past six years helping guide operations with precision. As Office Manager and the primary point of contact for clients, Steven ensures communication is clear, organized, and professional from start to finish. He also manages the full accounting cycle, including payables and receivables, bringing strong attention to detail and steady leadership that supports both the team and the client experience.
